GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays is a supportive, Christ-centered two-hour event and resource guide designed to help people cope with the loss of a loved one during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
What the Program Includes.....
• The Seminar: A 35-minute video featuring advice from grief experts, pastors, and counselors, alongside real-life stories from people who have experienced loss.
• Supportive Environment: A safe, local in-person or online group setting where attendees can share openly or simply listen without judgment.
• Practical Coping Strategies: Guidance on handling painful holiday traditions, managing social pressures, dealing with emotional triggers (like sights, sounds, or smells), and deciding whether to skip or attend events.
EVENT: Sunday, 2-4 pm starting November 15 at CrossRoads led by Dorene Robert.
• Resource Guide: Participants receive a booklet titled GriefShare Survival Guide: Navigating the Holidays After Loss( Priced at $15).
• What’s Inside: It includes practical planning exercises, journaling prompts, biblical comfort, and free access to an on-demand video companion.
