Participating Members of CrossRoads are welcome to use the CrossRoads Center free of cost for church or family events. Please request time below for your event.
For non-members of crossroads
Non-members are welcome to use the CrossRoads Center based upon the policy below.

Facility User Guidelines

The facilities of CrossRoads Church at Westfield were provided by God through the people of CrossRoads Church at Westfield and were built to be used by CrossRoads members, by friends and family of CrossRoads members and by others who may need a meeting place. In addition to the regular functions of the church body - worship, meetings, and group studies - The CrossRoads Center is available to serve the community for a variety of social, civic and educational events.
Priority shall be given to the following purposes in order when providing for the use of
CrossRoads Church Facilities.
- Spiritual: Use of the facility for spiritual purposes by CRCW shall be given the highest priority and takes precedence over all other uses. Spiritual use by other groups other than CRCW shall be set by consultation between the Facilities Team Leader, the Elders, and the Pastor of CrossRoads Church.
2. Membership: Members of CrossRoads are given the next priority in their scheduling of events for family and/or personal use. A person must be a Covenant Participating member for one year to have free use of the facility for a weddings and personal events.
3. Charitable: Use by non-profit charitable organizations providing service to the community has the next priority.
4. Non- members of CrossRoads.
5. Educational and Civic: Groups that support educational and other civic interests are welcome and will be given the fifth priority.
6. Commercial: Commercial use of the building will take last priority and will be at the discretion of the Operations Leader and the Elders.
GUIDELINES:
1. All persons using the facility shall adhere to our policy of no smoking in the buildings and alcoholic beverages or drugs are prohibited everywhere on the premises.
2. Fire and safety hazards must be avoided at all times. No flammables are to be left in the church. No items may be deposited in hallways or near any exit doors or passageways.
3. All groups other than members using the facility (unless otherwise arranged) shall pay for a representative of the church to open the facility, be present during the activity, and close the church. Access is to be arranged through the Facility Team Leader.
4. Trash receptacles shall be emptied into the dumpster outside at the conclusion of your activities. Failure to clean up will require a cleaning charge for janitorial services.
5. Large groups using the facility may be required to pay a clean-up fee.
6. Do not touch the security, fire detectors or heating/air conditioning thermostats unless you have received separate instructions and authorization to do so, contact the Facilities Team leader if changes are required.
7. The sound system or band instruments in the Multipurpose Room must be operated by one of CrossRoads' audio/visual technicians or musicians.
8. Nails, staples, tapes or other fasteners shall not be used on any walls ceilings or floors. Any decoration must be removed at the completion of the activity.
9. It is expected that the buildings and grounds will be left in the same condition in which they were found, including replacement of any furnishings (tables. chairs, etc.). Groups are responsible for cleanup of the facility.
10. Any damage must be reported to the Facility Team Leader immediately.
11. CrossRoads Church at Westfield does not accept liability or responsibility for personal injury, disability, or property losses incurred during the use of church facilities. Users shall provide sufficient liability insurance coverage to fully protect itself from any liability that may arise and shall assume full liability for injuries occurring to any persons who are on the property as a result of the user's program. The signatory and/or organization agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrossRoads Church at Westfield, its Elders and any representatives of the Church.
12. Any use of the Facilities is at the discretion of CrossRoads Church. The ministry needs of the congregation will determine availability of the facilities.
KITCHEN USAGE:
1. The Kitchen must be left as found.
2. Any non-CrossRoads church group must supply its own paper products, supplies and food. CrossRoads members who are using the facility for a private party must supply their own paper products, as well.
3. All Kitchen utensils that are used must be washed in hot soapy water or placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher turned on.
4. All trash must be disposed of properly and placed in the dumpster outside the building.
5. The Kitchen floor must be swept and cleaned.
USAGE DONATION:
All usage donations must be paid one week prior to the event being held at CrossRoads. Checks should be made payable to: CrossRoads Church at Westfield and given to the pastor, left in the church office, or sent to CrossRoads Church at Westfield, 19201 Grassy Branch Road, Westfield, IN 46074.
1. For non-profit, civic, and educational usage, a donation of $2.00 per person per hour (or portion thereof) for the use of classrooms, kitchen, Multipurpose Room/Auditorium, and Gathering Area is suggested for persons, groups and organizations not affiliated with or sponsored by CrossRoads Church.
The fees charged are intended to cover the cost of utilities plus normal wear and tear of the facilities.
2. For commercial use of the facility the following donation guidelines are given as:
A. Building Usuage:
Multipurpose Hall/Auditorium $800 For up to 4 Hours $1000 For 4- 8 hours
Gathering space $100 For 4- 8 hours $200 For 4- 8 hours
Kitchen $100 For 4- 8 hours $150 For 4- 8 hours
Classroom, each $100 For 4- 8 hours $200 For 4- 8 hours
B. Onsite representative of Church to open facility, be present, and close up is $20.00 per hour.
C. Audio/visual Technician for sound system is $25 per hour.
D. Custodial Services is $40 for clean-up following event.
3. For non-member weddings the following donation guidelines are given as:
A. Building costs:
Multipurpose Hall/Auditorium $800 For up to 4 Hours $1000 For 4- 8 hours
(Includes 4 hours for rehearsal and decorating)
Kitchen $100 For 4- 8 hours $150 For 4- 8 hours
Classrooms $50 For 4- 8 hours $200 For 4- 8 hours
B. Worship auditorium stage sets cannot be modified for a wedding.
C. Pastor of CrossRoads must perform the wedding. The cost is $450 which includes 3-4 meetings for preparing the wedding ceremony and for the pastor leading the rehearsal.
D. Onsite representative of Church to open facility, be present, and close up facility is $20.00 per hour.
E. Audio/visual Technician for sound system is $25 an hour during wedding.
F. Custodial Services is $40 for clean-up of gathering area and auditorium after wedding.
